The Basic Business Skills Acquisition program (BBSA)
CAPSCU and FGF signed a protocol of cooperation to co-sponsor the BBSA graduates during 2003 and 2004. It aimed at training 1600 fresh graduates (in four Batches) according to cost sharing system. FGF initially introduced BBSA Program in April 2000 to complement the classical education provided at the universities level.
The program is designed to empower new graduates and develop their business-related skills and targets recent university graduates from various backgrounds who lack employment competitiveness. The program is divided into 8 components fully integrated and enacts the real life work habitat and its abundant environment of success and appraisals. BBSA program components are:
