Development of Leadership Skills (DLS)

The development of leadership skills program is a specially planned course aiming, among others, at developing commitment to teamwork. It is conducted for Pathways graduates as a strategic step of the national approach towards developing the young university graduates. DLS program lasts for 40 hours spread over one full time training week. while DLS-Advanced was conducted to measure the training impact and to insure continuous training.
