Development of Thinking and Managerial Skills Program (DTMS)
The program targets talented university students in order to enhance their research skills to upgrade their chances in winning national and international postgraduate scholarships as well as obtaining better employment/entrepreneurship opportunities.
This training program depends on the developed courses of "Pathways to Higher Education" which published in a book format and on the project's site.

4- Development of English Skills (DES)
The aim is to develop students' quality market relevant English language skills that are "INTEGRATED" in a blended-learning package with the soft skills already developed through the program. steps for implementing this program is as following:
- First Classroom Phase: 25 hours of face-to-face activities in the classroom
- 50 hours online: self-study using materials designed to help students improve their business English and prepare for BULATS
- Second Classroom Phase: 25 hours of face-to-face activities in the classroom.

6- Enhancement of Teaching Skills (ETS)
The program target the secondary school teachers. Targeting high school teachers will help them to transfer the gained knowledge to disadvantaged secondary school students in such remote areas, because these students will be university students in the future. The program targets teachers in order to enhance their skills to develop the teaching methods in order to sharpen the skills of the secondary schools students through their teachers.
This training program depends on the developed courses of "Pathways to Higher Education" which published in a book format and on the project's site. Each trainee received his material before training started.
The selected candidates must have higher degree and a suitable English language and computer skills.
